Pricing…this is what everyone cares about

Our pricing is straight forward. You pay a monthly license fee (plus taxes and fees) for each user. We don’t nickel and dime you to death. It’s that simple.

 

  • Each user gets a free phone or apply the phone credit to an upgraded phone.

  • One Auto Attendant per system. Additional Auto Attendants can be added at an additional monthly cost.

  • Additional phone numbers do have an additional monthly cost. (Example: multiple phone numbers tied to Auto Attendant so different marketing strategies can be evaluated.)

  • 800 Numbers require a plan (pay as you use or minute allotments)

  • Contact Center (Call Center) requires an additional license

  • Call Recording Storage greater than 30 days is an additional charge

  • Physical Fax Lines incur a monthly charge

As you can see the typically business will just be Number of Users X Monthly Fee + Taxes/Fees. Compare that to other phone systems you are looking at.
