Works from Anywhere

With the brains being in the cloud, you are not tied to your office. Do you currently have the phone system box sitting in your closet or server room? No more! The phones connect to your network either via cable of wifi. You can take your phone and connect it anywhere you have an internet connection. There is no programming to be done. Let’s say inclement weather or a pandemic comes…with RKT Elevate Phone System you are READY!

Mobile App

Not only do you get a FREE desktop phone, but our system has a killer mobile app that actually works. Works on Apple and Android devices, you get to take your phone system with you. All the features of the desktop phone come with you. Manage your voicemail from the app. Transfer calls. Another cool feature is the Call Flip feature. Answer a call on the mobile app while you are out and return to the office, where you want to continue the conversation on your desktop phone. No problem! Click the Call Flip button in the mobile app and answer your desktop phone. How cool is that?

Voicemail to Email

Everybody loves getting Voicemails, right? Sure you do. Our system generates an email for your voicemail. It attaches the actual recording of the voicemail and transcribes the voicemail so you can read it in the email. How about that? You can also have it delete the voicemail from the system once it successfully sends the email. No more flashing light on your phone for a voicemail you have already taken care of!

Presence Indicator (BLF)

So what is BLF? It stands for Busy Lamp Field. When you have a programmable button on your phone for any employee, you can see if they are on the phone or available for a call. This is very valuable for a receptionist that transfers calls to employees. You can let the caller know they are on the other line or not available (and send them straight to voicemail). If you current phone system has this, you have to have it on your new system.

Local Phone Number for Each User

Your current phone system most likely only has a main number and everyone has internal extensions. With our system every user gets a local phone number (known as Direct Inward Dial, or DID) that allows callers to ring their phone/extension directly. This is great for cutting down on calls the receptionist has to handle. Let’s face it, most callers know exactly who they need to talk and don’t need someone to direct their call. Not to worry, we can set the caller ID of each phone to be your main number, so no one can get the user DID from caller ID. Yes, each user gets an internal extension also. The best of both worlds!

Inbound/Outbound Caller ID

Our systems support both inbound and outbound caller ID. See full incoming call information about who is calling you. As for your outbound caller ID information, we can program exactly what the external call recipient will see. We can program the phone number that is shown in caller ID down to the user. So each user can show their DID number or the main number.

Fax/WebFax

Let’s face it. Fax is not dead yet. As much as we want to be and emails with attachments is a much better solution, some industries still require it. No worries! We have your covered. Each system user get’s their own webfax with individual phone number included in their monthly subscription cost. You can send faxes via email and app. Receive faxes to your inbox. For those that still need a fax line to connect to your fax machine or copier, we support that also. This does require a hardware purchase and monthly fax line fee.

Desktop/Web App

We have a desktop app that runs on Windows and Mac platforms. This app allows your to dial numbers to your desktop phone, see who is on the phone within your organization as well as use it as a softphone on your laptop and make and receive calls (microphone required). You can even manage your voicemails and text messages from the app.

We also have a web app that runs in all the popular browsers. No need to install any software on your computer.

Auto Attendants

Do you need automated menus to help direct your customers to the right departments? Our system has full featured auto attendants that can be customized for anything your business might need. We support multiple independent auto attendants with sub attendants.

Hunt Groups

When the phone rings, it needs to ring the right employees. We will setup Hunt Groups for you, or also known as Ring Groups. Our system supports Ring All, Round-Robin, Sequential and Longest Idle. The most popular is a Ring All Hunt Group, which rings all the phones at the same time that are in the group, but we also support distributing calls in a circular fashion (Round-Robin), in a sequential manner and ring the longest idle phone first.

Conferencing

RKT Elevate provides Video Conferencing with every user license. True Unified Communications (UC). We also support conference bridge lines for hosting phone calls for multiple parties.

Reporting

We offer rich call reporting with our system. We have overall system logging and reporting. Know who is calling and who is picking up the phone. Want to know who is on the phone most…and who is not? We got it. We also offer Hunt Group reporting so you know who is productive on your staff and who is not. All this at no additional fee. It’s built right in.

Call Recording

30 days of call recording is included with every user license. You can set up the system to record on the fly by pressing a button on your phone or have us set it up to record every call. This is awesome for quality control as well as for legal purposes. You can log into the system to retrieve call recording or better yet, have them emailed to you or to a shared mailbox. This is a very popular feature. If you need recording archived longer than 30 days, there are additional fees.

Contact/Call Center

Does your business have a call center or support center? The RKT Elevate Phone System has a Contact Center option that can be added to your system. We offer various levels of Contact Center depending on your needs. You want the best customer experience, let us help you get it. Customizable call flow ensures your customer gets to the right agent at the right time. Our Contact Center support Interact Voice Recordings (IVR).

Support for Cordless Phones

Even with the Mobile App, some businesses need cordless phones. Whether it be for the warehouse or just a large office, our system supports cordless phones.

Support for Conference Room Phones

Do you have a conference room and need a phone that has excellent speaker phone capabilities? Our system handles the Polycom and Yealink conference room phones. If you have a conference room, these phones do make a difference. The callers on the other end of the line can tell a quality difference.

Paging and Intercom

Are you use to being able to pick up the phone and send out a page to all phones to let everyone know the food has arrived? You know, the important things. Our system supports both Paging and Intercom functions.

Loud Speaker support for warehouses

Have a warehouse or large area that you need to be able to page employees? Our system supports Algo loudspeaker solutions. We program it to an extension number. You pick up the phone and start talking. It’s that simple. Loudspeaker works with just one ethernet cable (assuming you have a PoE network switch). No expensive audio equipment or worrying about expensive cables to run to the loudspeaker.

Text Messaging

The RKT Elevate Phone System support text messaging to both the main number as well as each user local phone number. How awesome is that? Now you can support the 21st Century and communicate with your customers via text message.
